Morning Prayer
Lord, open our lips
And our mouth shall proclaim your praise.
O God, make speed to save us.
O Lord, make haste to help us.
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit:
as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be for ever. Amen.
The Lord is full of compassion and mercy: O come, let us worship.
Jubilate – Psalm 100 (Inclusive Language Psalter)
Be joyful in the Lord, all you lands; serve the Lord with gladness and come into the divine presence with a song.
Know this: the Lord, the Lord, is God;
the One made us and to whom we belong; we are God’s people, the sheep of God’s pasture.
Enter the gates of the Lord with thanksgiving;
go into these courts with praise; give thanks to God and call upon the name of the Lord.
For the Lord is good, whose steadfast love is everlasting;
and whose faithfulness endures from age to age.
The Lord is full of compassion and mercy: O come, let us worship.

For our families, friends, and neighbours, and for all those who are alone.
For this community, our country, and the world;
For all who work for justice, freedom, and peace.
For the just and proper use of your creation;
For the victims of hunger, fear, injustice, and oppression.
For all who are in danger, sorrow, or any kind of trouble;
For those who minister to the sick, the friendless, and the needy.
For the peace and unity of the Church of God;
For all who proclaim the gospel, and all who seek the truth.
For +Melissa our archbishop, and for all bishops and other ministers;
For all who serve God in the world.
For our own needs and those of others.

Silence. people may add their own thanksgivings
We will exalt you, O God; And praise your name for ever and ever.
We pray for all those who have died in the peace of Christ, and for those whose faith is known to you alone,that they may have a place in your eternal kingdom.
Silence. The people may name their remembered dead
Lord, let your loving kindness be upon them; Who put their trust in you.
We pray to you also for the forgiveness of our sins.
Have mercy upon us, most merciful God; in your compassion, forgive us our sins, known and unknown, things done and left undone; and so uphold us by your Spirit that we may live and serve you in newness of life, to the honour and glory of your name; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Almighty God have mercy upon us, pardon and deliver us from all our sins,
confirm and strengthen us in all goodness, and keep us in eternal life;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Collect for Sunday Morning:
O God our King, by the resurrection of your Son Jesus Christ on the first day of the week, you conquered sin, put death to flight, and gave us the hope of everlasting life: Redeem all our days by this victory; forgive our sins, banish our fears, make us bold to praise you and to do your will; and steel us to wait for the consummation of your kingdom on the last great Day; through the same Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. (From the US Book of Common Prayer)
The Lord’s Prayer
Gathering our prayers and praises into one, let us pray as our Saviour taught us,
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as It Is In heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive them who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For thine Is the Kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and
the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all evermore. Amen.
