Hall Rental Policy

Short Term/Single Use Rental Policy

Short Term Rental of the Sanctuary
(Upstairs Church) which includes access to/use of washrooms
$75/hr for the Space
$80/hr for the Space and Use of the Piano
(The Organ is not available for use)
 
Short Term Rental of the Lower Hall
which includes access to/use of washrooms
$50/hr for outside persons/groups 

$40/hr for parishioners



Use of the Kitchen
$ 20 for light use of kitchen
(making coffee, tea, cold drink using their own cups & utensils, reheating in microwave)
$35 for medium use of kitchen
(use of church’s cups/cutlery, reheating in oven, cutting up fruit or cake)
Must wash dishes/cutlery and put in drainer ready for sanitizer


$60 for full use of kitchen
(including dishes, utensils, pots & pans, stove & oven).
Dishes, utensils, pots/pans must be washed and counters cleaned, floor swept. Dishes put in the “drainers” ready to be sanitized.
For this option, there must be at least one attendee who has food-safe certification.

Please note only the church uses the sanitizer!

All renters are expected to bring their own food and drink, including bringing their own coffee/tea/milk/juice/sugar.

The rental cost includes having our verger open and lock up our space for our renters. 



The rental cost does not include the cost of insurance. All renters must insure their event and either have their own insurance or purchase insurance through the church at an additional fee.
